Upkeep Business LLC has the right to refuse service to anyone.  There is no contractual obligation to continue services for either party and either party can end the services.  Clients are responsible for paying for agreed-upon services that were already rendered.

Clients retain the ownership of their financial data and are responsible for disclosing information, providing needed information or records, and ensuring that Upkeep Business LLC is fully informed.  We take no responsibility for information that was not accurately or promptly communicated.

All services will be agreed upon and outlined in a proposal and engagement letter before commencement.  This will further outline the details of terms and conditions for providing bookkeeping and other services.
